The IT Faculty is a very international environment with researchers and PhD students from about 30 different countries. Research is conducted in collaboration with international partner universities all around the world and the IT Faculty also has a long tradition of providing international BSc and Master's programmes.

Erasmus agreements

The IT Faculty has Erasmus agreements with 16 partner universities in Europe at the moment. The agreements facilitate both student and teacher mobility. The main focal point for our internationalisation work is to find additional suitable partner universities that will fit in well with both our research and our educational profile. The work with establishing such new agreements or strengthening current agreements is done through both participation in working groups chaired by the University's International Centre and by meeting current and potential partners at international conferences, such as the EAIE-conference of international education.
